Warranty, Delivery Returns and Refunds 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND TIMEFRAMES

Norelle commits to the prompt and efficient delivery of goods. In most cases, online orders received during business hours will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on either the next or second business day.

Should delivery time change (as is the case over the Christmas holiday period) these alterations will be displayed clearly on the front page of www.norelle.com.au

For shipping to delivery addresses within Australia, Norelle use Australia Post regular or express parcel service. Delivery times are indicative only.  As the delivery is carried out by an external party, Norelle cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times.  It is therefore understood and agreed that you will not be entitled to withdraw or modify the order made due to a delay in delivery. Norelle delivers to Australian addresses only.

RETURNS

Change your mind? Please get in touch within 3 days of receiving to arrange return. Please provide a tracking number when you return your item/s. The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom and/or personalised orders

Items must be in original condition. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you receive a damaged product, Norelle will replace the goods and pay all associated freight costs. Photos of damaged goods must be supplied via email correspondence. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be paid back via your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for your money to refund back into your account. 

If you have placed an order and it has been shipped within the 1-3 business day timeframe, yet hasn't been delivered in time, unfortunately this is completely out of our control and Norelle is not responsible. You are not entitled to a refund on orders that do not arrive on time (even if Express is selected). If your order is damaged and or faulty a replacement will be sent out to you. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may be able to cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being made (if personalised item/s) and shipped.  To see if your order can be cancelled please email us on info@norelle.com.au. If your order is custom/personalised and has been made but not yet shipped, a 50% cancellation fee of the total order applies.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been completed and shipped.
