1. Products

1.1 All badges are custom-made according to the details you provide at the time of order.
1.2 We offer badges with either magnet or pin backings, and a selection of acrylic colours and icons.
1.3 Due to the personalised nature of our products, no returns are accepted unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability.
2.2 Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
2.3 Prices are displayed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
3.2 Norelle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Badge Safety and Liability Disclaimer

4.1 Intended Use
Our personalised name badges are designed for adult use only. They are not toys and should not be used by children.

4.2 Badge Backings
Our badges use pins or magnets as backings. Each carries specific risks:

  • Pins may detach or cause puncture injuries.

  • Magnets may detach, pinch skin, interfere with pacemakers or medical devices, or pose a swallowing hazard. Do not use with pacemaker or other medical conditions which may be affected by magnets.

4.3 Workplace Use
If worn in workplaces with children, including early childhood education or childcare settings, it is the responsibility of the wearer to ensure the badge is worn safely and does not pose a risk of injury. This includes keeping pins and magnets securely fastened and out of reach of children.

4.4 Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using our badges, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Pins or magnets may fail, detach, or otherwise cause injury.

  • Norelle and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of our badges.

  • Users in high-risk environments (e.g., childcare, healthcare) should exercise additional caution.

4.5 Children
These products are not suitable for children. Supervision is required if badges are present in areas where children are.

4.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norelle is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or failure of any badge, including injuries caused by pins or magnets.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Norelle or used with permission.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

6. Privacy

6.1 We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.
7.2 Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged items, and claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
