This is my second badge that I've purchased from Loren, and I spent days agonising over which design to choose (knowing full well I will be ordering more!). I ended up getting the Adorable Elephant with Primrose Petals and absolutely love it. The writing is clear and stands out well against the background, the quality is exceptional, and it arrived very quickly. I got so many comments on my previous badge and can't wait to show this one off! Now I'll have to start thinking of which badge I want to buy next...!
Satisfied with quality of the name badge used. Product was alike to the picture shown on website for reference . Just one suggestion, please make sure that the magnet used is a bit longer as it provides more support to the badge if length of the magnet increases. Rest everything perfect. As I explained in an email to you, the personalisation you entered exactly was
'KERRY PEADIATRIC NURSE'. This was not my error, but yours.
If I had noticed the spelling issue before or even while making your badge, I would have emailed you and notified you that you had incorrectly spelt your occupation.
Unfortunately during busy periods, I don't have time to check every customers spelling, so I copy exactly what the customer has written. I also don't know the occupation of every customer, so I rely on you to enter your correct job role. This is your spelling error, not mine as you have incorrectly accused.
Despite this, I emailed you offering you almost 50% off a replacement badge (to help you out), but heard no response back from you and this is the first time hearing back since.
As mentioned, I do try to pick up on spelling errors customers may make, but it is your responsibility to enter the correct spelling at checkout. I am disappointed to see this but if you wish to get a discount on a relacement badge I'm more than happy to re-make and send you a new one out as discussed in a previous email.

I love my new badge! I have a ‘different’ name so having a large font size with it written to put on my scrubs is such a help for my patients as I could previously see them trying to find my hospital tag to read because they’d probably forgotten it or misheard me. Aside from that it’s sturdy as! Strong magnet and well made 😁 will buy again
