My name badges arrived quickly and were fantastic.
I didn’t ask for stylish letters to be written on my badge i just asked for sky blue colour with my name and under that in simple letters Endorsed Enrolled Nurse but you guys wrote it down in stylish alphabets which i didn’t like at all i am not a girl i am a boy.. Really disappointed why would you write it like that when i didn’t even asked for it.

I've just reviewed your order and you had selected FONT 4 for your name and FONT 3 for your occupation. I've gone back and checked your design (as we save each design we make in our software) and that's exactly what we gave you. Your badge turned out with the colour and font style exactly as you picked. We make it very clear in both the description and the title that you select your font styles and write your personalisation exactly as you want it written and we did exactly that.
If you had come to me prior to leaving a 1 star review, even though your badge is exactly what you selected, I would've been happy to try and help out with a replacement (which you won't find many businesses do in this day and age).
We made your made exactly how you asked for it to be made. Please in future carefully read the descriptions of products to ensure you understand what you're getting, as negative reviews like this (that are the fault of the customer) can really impact small businesses.

This was such good quality, exactly as the picture showed it and came wrapped so cute! I even got a little handwritten thank-you note on the back of one of the pieces of paper it came with. The new style badges are nice, but feel mass produced and of poorer quality than the older style. I get these badges as gifts, but will be moving to a new store for now.

I work as an independent support worker and thought a personalised name badge for when I'm working in the community might be helpful, both for clients and other people we meet to identify who I am. I proudly wore my lovely new name badge the other day.
I have been buying these for each of my friends birthdays who are all in healthcare. Love them so much! Patients love them too because they can see names so much easier.
The design is nice. But slip on clips are never as secure and have had them slide off and slap me like a rubber band . Prefer Bull Dog Clips much safer
