These badges include an adorable 3D strawberry embellishment.
Ordering is easy! Simply enter the name and occupation you would like on the badge. All names and occupations will be in capital letters as seen in the photo. The longer the name, the smaller the font is. If occupation is long, it may be put across 2 x lines.
Each badge is cut and engraved in 3mm acrylic and filled in with white paint to make it stand out and POP!

When will my order be shipped?
Orders from Norelle are shipped within 1-3 business days from Queensland.
I'm in a rush for my order!
If you're in a rush to receive your order, please be sure to select Express Post at checkout for faster delivery. If in doubt, please send a message prior to ordering to ensure it can leave on time. However, we cannot promise on any delivery times as once the item is sent, it's in the hands of Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for the latest estimated delivery timeframes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number where you are able to track your item.
I placed an order and haven't received it:
Once the item leaves Norelle, it's in the hands of Australia Post and we aren't able to control when parcels will arrive or any delays that may occur. If delays have occurred and you are wondering where your parcel is, send us a message and will do our best to help and track orders down.
I put the wrong address in when I placed my order:
If you have placed your order and realised you have given the wrong address, please email ASAP so it can be changed prior to shipping. If no contact has been made and the item has already been shipped, Norelle is not responsible for the item going to the wrong address. If the item has been dispatched and or delivered to the wrong address, this is in the hands of Australia Post and unfortunately (majority of the time) there isn't anything Australia Post can do.
I need to cancel my order:
You are more than welcome to cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being created and/or shipped. Please send a message to cancel ASAP after ordering to make sure this can be done in time. If your order is custom and or personalised and has been made but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee applies. If you order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

ORDER ISSUES:
My item is damaged in transit
Although all breakable items that leave Norelle are well packaged, this can happen from time to time. Please send an email with a photo of the damage within 2 days of receiving.
My personalised order has a spelling error/mistake
Please contact us ASAP if this has happened. A photo of the product will be required. If you have received your order with the wrong personalisation yet we have customised the exact words you have written, we are not responsible. However, we deal with these issues on a case by case basis and will do our best to come up with a solution.
I received the wrong order or am missing items in my order
Please get in touch by sending through an email and we will sort out the order issue.

PRODUCT CARE:
MUGS: All mugs are heat pressed using high quality inks however to preserve the quality, please hand wash only. (Fading over time is normal). Colours may slightly vary from screen to print.
BEER STEINS: Hand wash only, avoiding using harsh scourers on the glass. Do not microwave or dish-wash.
DRAWSTRING BAGS: Please cold hand wash only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
LASER ENGRAVED WOODEN KEEPSAKES: Keep out of direct sunlight. Wooden keepsakes are not toys and are only photo props, keep out of reach of little hands.
PERSONALISED ITEMS:
All personalised keepsakes from Norelle are handmade therefore each item may differ from one another. Slight imperfections in production on items are normal.
